    • Bake in muffin tins, freeze individual portions in zip top bags

Snacks

  • Apple slices with peanut butter/Greek yogurt dip
  • Carrot chips with hummus
  • Rice cakes with Nutella and sliced strawberries
  • Blueberry muffin energy bites
  • Yogurt/granola frozen bananas
    • Cut bananas in half, roll in plain or vanilla yogurt, roll in granola, freeze on a cookie sheet before packaging in zip top bags. Can buy lollipop sticks to put in the bottom for easier eating.
  • Mini Muffins
